Online EMDR Therapy & Trauma Education

You may notice the same thoughts, the same patterns, or the same emotional reactions showing up again and again, even when you’re trying your best to change.

I help people work through painful emotional memories so they can live more aligned with who they are today, rather than who they had to be in the past.

Is EMDR right for me?

EMDR may be a good fit if you feel that past experiences are still affecting how you respond in the present.

This might look like:

  • feeling triggered by things that seem “small”

  • knowing something is in the past, but still feeling it in your body

  • anxiety, panic, avoidance, or shutdown

  • people-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries

  • recurring negative beliefs about yourself

  • feeling stuck even though you understand the pattern

  • emotional reactions that feel bigger than the situation

EMDR can be especially helpful when there are memories, experiences, or repeated patterns that feel unresolved.

My approach

Your experience of life matters.

Therapy should help you feel more present, more steady, and more able to live it.

Often, the patterns we struggle with began as ways of coping. Anxiety, people-pleasing, avoidance, relational difficulties, self-criticism, or feeling unsafe in the body are not random. They usually developed for a reason. At some point, they may have helped you survive, stay connected, avoid pain, or feel some sense of control.

A central part of my work is helping you understand why these patterns exist. When we can make sense of what your mind and body are trying to protect, we can begin to work with those patterns instead of against them. It is difficult to change what you don’t yet understand.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My work integrates EMDR, IFS-informed approaches, somatic awareness, education, and cognitive frameworks, depending on what feels most appropriate for you. Therapy is adapted to your history, your capacity, and your pace.
